How do we do deliver our programs?
The School Vibe programs are designed to be flexible, yet contextualised enough to meet the needs of individual systems, schools, or staff members. Drawing upon our evidence based framework, we offer flexible delivery options for
For schools/systems (minimum of 15 participants)
Workshops, which provide an opportunity for all educators, from early career teacher to system leader, to explore the concepts covered in the School Vibe framework. Workshop content is targeted at three key stages- classroom teacher, middle leader, school/system leader. Please review our programs for more information on target audiences and program content.
Coaching and Mentoring, which provides individuals in schools and educational organisations an opportunity to work on targeted leadership goals;
12 week programs, which provides schools and systems a tailored opportunity to develop an understanding of both the theories and practices associated with organisational improvement, and a pathway to overcoming cultural barriers. Using our unique tools, we tailor our programs for your organisation based on your data, because we know that context matters.
The 12 week programs are offered in 2 ways:
Blended: 2 half day face to face sessions + 3 live webinars (offered to schools and systems)
Face to face: 4 half day face to face sessions (offered to schools and systems).
For individuals
Live online workshops, which provide an introductory exploration of each of our framework areas. Workshop content is targeted at three key stages- classroom teacher, middle leader, school/system leader.

Online coaching / mentoring, which provides individuals with opportunities to work on targeted leadership goals as identified by our comprehensive tools and discussion sessions;
6 week fully online programs, which provides a comprehensive opportunity to develop an understanding of both the theories and practices of cultural conditions for school improvement.
